Behind every property in our catalogue there is a developer we have chosen. Since 2017 we have built partnerships with more than 20 Spanish developers on the Costa Blanca, the Costa Cálida and the Costa de Almería, selected for the quality of their construction, their respect of delivery dates and their financial strength. No development enters our selection before we have checked its building licence, the proof that your deposits are protected as Spanish law requires, and the developer’s reputation where it builds. We do not publish a list of names: what matters is what we check, and we check it for every development.

How we select a developer

Why our choice of developers protects you

A licence and a guarantee come before a brochure. In Spain, the law requires a developer to hold a building licence for the development and to protect the sums you pay before delivery, on a blocked account and with a bank guarantee. We do not take it for granted: we ask for these documents first, for every development, and we check them with your lawyer before you pay. It is the simplest way to avoid the stories everyone has heard about buying abroad.

We have seen their buildings, not just their renderings. Our team visits the sites and the residences delivered by each developer, and goes back with our clients on every viewing trip. Over the years, this tells us who finishes on time, who takes care of the common areas and who answers the phone after the keys are handed over.

Nine years of relationships work in your favour. A developer we have worked with since 2017 takes our calls, answers our questions quickly and takes our clients’ snagging lists seriously. This support costs you nothing, since we are paid by the developer’s commission.
