You have spotted apartments and villas you like on the Costa Blanca, the Costa Cálida or the Costa de Almería. The next step is to go and see them. We organise your viewing trip to Spain over one to three days, with a programme built around your criteria and a French-speaking adviser who accompanies you on site. You book your flight and your hotel, we take care of everything else.

We agree on dates with you and build the itinerary: appointments with the developers, order of the visits, areas grouped together to keep travel time short. You book your flight and accommodation, we tell you where to stay to be well placed.

Why plan your viewings with RB Place

You only visit properties worth the journey. A day of viewings costs time and money, so we do not fill it with anything that happens to be available. The programme comes out of your personalised property search: budget, type of property, distance to the beach, purpose of the purchase. You arrive knowing what you are going to see and why.

You are never on your own with the developer. Reservation deadlines, bank guarantees, community fees, taxes and fees, delivery dates: our adviser puts these questions to the developer with you, in your language, and follows up after the visit. You leave each development with clear answers, not a brochure.

The trip also works without travelling. If you cannot get away, or want a first look before booking a flight, we organise a live video viewing or a commented video of the properties that interest you. Many clients use it to shorten the shortlist, then travel only for the final decision. Our viewings cover the whole coast, from Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa in the south of the Costa Blanca to the Murcia region, and you can browse the full catalogue before you come.

It depends on where they are. We group the visits by area so that you spend your time in the properties rather than on the road, and a well-organised day lets you compare several developments in the same zone. If your shortlist covers more than one coast, we plan a second or third day.

Our support is free for you: we are paid a commission by the developer when you buy. The only costs on your side are your flight and your accommodation, which you book yourself once the dates are set.
