New-build homes, off-plan or key-ready, in Spain
Every property we offer is new: a villa or apartment built by a developer in a secure residential development with a pool, on the Costa Blanca, the Costa Cálida or the Costa de Almería. Most are bought off-plan and delivered in 12 to 24 months, sometimes as little as six. Some are key-ready: developments sold fully finished, such as a whole building bought and completely renovated by a developer, that you can move into without waiting. In both cases you know exactly what you are getting, and if you wish, you arrive in a home that is already furnished.
How it works
Why buy a new home with RB Place
You know what “finished” means before you sign. As a rule, every off-plan development we offer comes with a fitted kitchen with appliances and the air conditioning pre-installed. Pool and outdoor areas are finished where they are part of the price. We tell you, development by development, what the price covers and what it does not, so there are no surprises on delivery day. And if you want to walk into a furnished home, our furniture packs, chosen in our showroom and installed before delivery, take care of everything down to the light fittings.
Someone follows the construction while you are in Switzerland. Between the reservation and the keys, months go by. We send you progress updates and photos from the site, we keep an eye on the deadlines, and we coordinate with your lawyer, your bank and the notary. Your money stays on a blocked account until the signing, and after delivery the structure of the building is covered by a ten-year insurance. When the property is ready, we are present at handover and for the snagging list. Taxes and fees are explained to you in advance, in your language.
Our support costs you nothing. We are paid a commission by the developer, so the price you pay is the developer’s price. It starts with a personalised property search, continues with a viewing trip if you want to see the developments, and ends with your keys. Our developments run from Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa in the south to Calpe and Benissa in the north of the Costa Blanca, and further south on the Costa Cálida and the Costa de Almería.
